Swedish, Frederick A., “Fred” 81, passed away peacefully on September 15, 2019. They Shall Not Be Forgotten. Proud Veteran United States Navy and the Knights of Columbus, St. James, NY. He was the beloved husband of Kathleen J. Swedish. Cherished uncle of Greg (Ann) Swedish. He is survived by many other family members and friends. Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R.C. Church, Smithtown, NY. Interment followed with Military Honors at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Smithtown, NY. In Lieu of Flowers; memorials may be made to ASPCA.
