Werner, Jacob J. on March 14, 2018 at the age of 84. Longtime resident of Smithtown, NY. Jacob was a Code Enforcement Office for the town of Smithtown. Services were held at the St. James Funeral Home with Military Honors on March 21, 2018. Cremation Services were Private. Mr. Werner’s funeral arrangements were professionally supervised while the Werner Family was lovingly cared for during their bereavement by the Maher Family & Staff of the St. James Funeral Home.
