ADAMO - Vita age 94 of Smithtown, NY passed away on July 25, 2015. She was the beloved wife of the late Giuseppe. Cherished mother of Eleanor (Mario) Lanzon, Angelo (Lorraine) Adamo, Joann Spinella and Maryann (John) Conklin. Loving Grandmother of twelve and Great Grandmother of fifteen. Dear sister of Giovanni and Elisabetta. She is survived by many other family members and friends. Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R. C.
