Devoted mother of three adoring daughters, Laurie (Bill) Sweeney, Deirdre (Kevin) Mos and Patricia (Tom) Dunning. She was the loving grandmother of Kaitlin (Shawn), Erin and Billy Sweeney, Lauren and Alexandra Mos and Rachael Dunning. Proud great-grandmother of Riley Manigly. Cherished sister of Dorothy Curto, the late Louise Cobb and the late Robert Schweizer. Dear sister in law of Mary, John, Michael (Bernadette), Richard (Susie), Christina (Lou), Marty (Cookie), Jane, Peter (Paula), Vincent and William (Cecelia). She was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Mabel was a longtime teacher in the Connetquot School District, loved her family and friends and never forgot any of their birthdays.
