Obituary - Mary T. Ellsworth

ELLSWORTH - Mary T., age 83 of Smithtown, NY formerly of Brooklyn, NY passed peacefully in the company of her children on June 26, 2012.

Beloved wife of the late Stephen. Loving mother of Kathy O’Malley, Timothy (Nicole) Ellsworth, John (Jean) Ellsworth, Gary (Companion Riff Raff) Ellsworth, Stephen (MaryAnne) Ellsworth & Andrew (Lori) Ellsworth. Cherished grandmother of 10. Adored great grandmother of 5.

Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, Kings Park, NY.

Interment to followed at Long Island National Cemetery
