Smithtown Rotary Welcomes HS Students Abigail Brennan And Preston Bowers

The Smithtown Rotary at their meeting May 22 welcomed two students, Abigail Brennan and Preston Bowers, both juniors at Smithtown East and their advisor, Brian Sheridan who represented the Smithtown East and West Robotics Team. The students demonstrated their robot which won second place at this year’s competition.  

The students do all their own fundraising each year for the competition. The Rotary Club of Smithtown made a donation to the Robotics Club, a non-profit organization.
