Novak, Frank V. age 63 of Centereach died on September 12, 2010.  They Shall Not Be Forgotten. Proud Veteran of the Unites States Air Force Vietnam War   He was the beloved husband of Patricia. Beloved father of Frank (Lisa) Novak, Nicole (Chris) Aupperlee and Michael (Christina) NovakAdored Grandfather of Kimberly, Frankie, Brendan & Christopher. Cherished son of Geraldine & the late Stanley Novak. Devoted brother of Ann (Bobby) Budhwa. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews

Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick’s R C Church, Smithtown, NY.  Cremation was private.
