62 Year Old Man Arrested For Possessing Child Pornography

Suffolk County Police today arrested a Coram man for possessing child pornography.

Following an investigation, Computer Crimes Section detectives arrested David B. Korzeniowski at his home, located at 92B Homestead Drive, at approximately 4 p.m. on Friday for possessing child pornography on his computer.

Korzeniowski, 62, was charged with Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child and Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, both felonies. He is being held overnight at the Sixth Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on April 13. 

The investigation is continuing. Anyone with information is asked to call the Computer Crimes Unit at 631-852-6279 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.

A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
