Breast Cancer Fundraiser Benefitting World Of Pink Foundation

BREAST CANCER FUNDRAISER TO BENEFIT WORLD OF PINK FOUNDATION

SMITHTOWN, NY – ToniAnn DeCamp, owner of Lush Blow Dry and Beauty Bar, is a breast cancer survivor. During her treatment, as she began to lose her hair, eyelashes and eyebrows, she began to feel very unattractive. It was during this low time in her life that the idea for

Lush began to form. She decided that once her treatments were over, she would create a place where women could go to make them feel beautiful. This is how Lush Blow Dry and Beauty Bar was born. It is truly a project of love. It’s a place where women come to escape their everyday responsibilities to be pampered and leave feeling and looking beautiful.

Toniann has partnered with Forester-Maher Funeral Home to create an event to benefit A World of Pink Foundation. Pure Mammography will be on site educating our community. With the assistance of a world of Pink wewill be welcoming NFL Jets Alumni greats. There will beraffles face painting, food, music, pink extensions and hairbraiding. This event will be held at lush on oct 6th from 12-4 pm.

Wesley Walker and Freeman McNeil of the Jets will be there to sign autographs. If you bring Jetsgear, they will sign it for a $10 donation.

ALL proceeds from the event will be donated to World of Pink Foundation.
