The New York State Police at Brentwood, NY, reports the arrest of Sean R. None of the children depicted were known to Murphy, who was charged with several counts of Possessing Sexual Performance by a Child less than 16-years-old, an E Felony. He will be arraigned at Suffolk Criminal Court to answer the charges.
